«The property was close to the areas we wanted to explore and Heather, our host was very responsive to our questions and concerns. The property is on a busy highway with a lot of traffic. The oven was dirty and cooking pots/pans old and worn. We didn’t feel comfortable cooking meals there. Our bedrooms were comfortable and had televisions. We especially enjoyed the fire pit outside.»

«Our dogs loved the fenced in yard! That was definitely the highlight for us. Plenty of space for them to run around. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. I would have left 5 stars, but have to rate it overall 4 for the hot tub not being clean (had dirt and leaves in it so we did not use it) and window AC units needed a good cleaning. Other than that, overall a good place to stay in the area, especially with pets!»

«The host did not respond to messages before we checked in. At check-in the backdoor to the house was unlocked and opened. When we got into the house, there was rotten and expired food in the fridge, stuff all over the counters, dirty dishes in the sink and dishwasher, dirty laundry in the washer and on top, and there was no heat. There were space heaters placed throughout the house, which was a total safety liability. We reached out to the host with our concerns and we never got a response. I ...

My one quibble is that it doesn't actually have three beds it has two bedrooms, plus an air mattress and some sheets.
