«This hotel was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile! The entire hotel is beautiful and super clean! The bed was so comfortable, the rooftop bar was so pretty and nice for a quick drink/app before dinner, all of the staff were super nice and helpful, the valet was always quick and easy! The hotel is in a great location and we were able to walk to coffee shops, dinner, etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!»

«Our room that we checked into had not been cleaned. We were moved into a different room which was good. Over all we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the facility. It was not at the standard it usually lives up to. The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.»

Rooms spacious, full kitchen, utensils- great place for extended stay. Beds very comfortable. I need to be near Methodist Hospital several times the next few months and will always stay there. «Honestly, as my husband and my teen daughter were checking in, we were a bit frustrated due to how to get in the cozysuites. It was my scanning/reading over the check in details of the room and luckily my tech teen figured out how to get in the apartment block. It was a late night shift staff who was amazing as she stayed calm, I was frustrated yet she handled us with integrity!!! We would definitely want to stay there again next year!!
