«Carpet was dirty and sticky, drapes had holes, the a/c was rattling so loud I couldn’t sleep with it on.»

«Close to all convenient major thoroughfares to Escondido and easy to get to downtown San Diego. This is a family owned establishment and you really feel that - warm, friendly, helpful, safe. This is also wirhin walking distance to the San Diego chapter of the Elks.»

«The carpet and furniture were rather worn. Hair dryer didn’t work. Breakfast was a disappointment mainly because one day no orange juice, one day no coffee, most food was gone on the first hour.»

«This is an older building that appears to have been minimally rejuvenated. The room was clean enough; the towels and washcloths were clean. When you get into the room, you see the thick layers of paint, the cracks in the floor, the things that should have been fixed but were not. The bed did not have a box spring, but it did have some kind of spring mechanism that squeaked when you moved or rolled over.»

«Bfast was ok. Coffee is Light Roast - but tasted good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bath is well set up. Extra Parking fees are absolutely outrageous. Walls are thin. Don't expect any requests in the reservation to be even considered. Wa asked for low floor, being older and one cannot do elevators. Nope. Top floor to carry luggage and all for four days. »

«We have a big family and the suite comfortably accommodated 6 of us. The breakfast was great and the kids also had fun at the pool. We would stay here again for sure.»

«The room smelled very strong like cigarettes and it was a non smoking room. When I turned on the AC a lot of what seemed like pet hair came out of it and filled the room. We left the door open and tried to get the hair out but the smoke smell never left. One of the new sheets had a cigarette burn in it and the front desk employee was very dry and showed no emotion to anything during our initial conversation at check in and when I went to go tell him what wangoingkn with the room.»

«The rooms were cleaned (almost) daily, but not if you stayed in when they went on their rounds. Which is ok for a day. Staff is polite and serviceminded and will try to accommodate you as best they can. If you like daylight or open windows I recomend rooms in the upper levels as the 1.st floor is street-level (parkinglot). The facilities are decent. «The bed was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was adequate. The room included a small kitchen with a large refrigerator, which was convenient, but unlike many other hotels, no complimentary bottled water was provided. Breakfast was very basic and only served from 6:30 to 8:30 a.m., which I nearly missed since I was on vacation rather than a business trip. «The bed was super comfy. The breakfast has many selections for a buffet. The lobby is pretty. The room and hotel in general are very clean. I would recommend checking out Ichiban Ramen nearby for dinner.»
