«The Studio Suite was perfect! There was one Queen bed and pull out couch. I loved that the Studio Suite had a small kitchen with a full-size fridge, sink, cabinets with dishwater, electric stove, and dishwasher. Breakfast was ok! They had some variety like muffins (which were really good), bagels, cereal, eggs, and sausage. My only complaint was that they ran out of certain items close to 8 am and had to wait for it to be refilled. Some of these items were coffee, coffee creamer, and sausage. ...

«This is an older building that appears to have been minimally rejuvenated. The room was clean enough; the towels and washcloths were clean. When you get into the room, you see the thick layers of paint, the cracks in the floor, the things that should have been fixed but were not. The bed did not have a box spring, but it did have some kind of spring mechanism that squeaked when you moved or rolled over.»

«The room smelled very strong like cigarettes and it was a non smoking room. When I turned on the AC a lot of what seemed like pet hair came out of it and filled the room. We left the door open and tried to get the hair out but the smoke smell never left. One of the new sheets had a cigarette burn in it and the front desk employee was very dry and showed no emotion to anything during our initial conversation at check in and when I went to go tell him what wangoingkn with the room.»

«The rooms were cleaned (almost) daily, but not if you stayed in when they went on their rounds. Which is ok for a day. Staff is polite and serviceminded and will try to accommodate you as best they can. If you like daylight or open windows I recomend rooms in the upper levels as the 1.st floor is street-level (parkinglot). The facilities are decent. However, for some strange reason they connected the lights on the restroom to a fairly noisy fan. If you need to go in the middle of the ...

«Everything about the room was nice. Only complaint was that when we walked in the room was scorching hot. Thermostat read 99 so I called to tell the front desk to tell them that the AC was broken and they needed to send someone over. They were trying to explain to me how to use the thermostat. I insisted that I knew how to use it and that something else was going on, so she said she would call me back. They never called me back so I called them. We had to sit outside in the patio while we waited ...

«Ask for our room to be clean and no one showed up when reviewed with front desk. She said she'd make a note. Stay for two nights. They had the same exact breakfast every morning. On our last day jacuzzi broke and there were no towels out there for the pool and the pool's very small.»
