Added bonus is Coate Waterpark, accessibpe through the field at the back of the garden, so no need to use your car all weekend! Cracking place, would highly recommend.»

«Simply amazing, self contained Annex with sitting room overlooking the garden, large bedroom, bathroom with walk in shower and well appointed kitchen fully stocked with lots and pans. I only stayed 2 nights and ate out, but for others this would be ideal as a base location to explore the area. »

«The accomodation was very nice and very comfortable. I was only staying for one night. The owner could not of been more thoughtful. She recommended some nice pubs for an evening meal which were fine. My only problem was that there was no television and the WiFi was intermittent so I was at a bit of a loss how to keep occupied. »

«We found this on Expedia, it was ideally located for our needs, close to Stonehenge, Salisbury and within easy access from Heathrow, the property was clean, well equipped and our host, Diane, had gone the extra mile on every aspect of what we might need. The food was excellent. I really could not find fault in anything about our stay at the Annexe. This is a super place to stay, in fact an 11 out of 10. Great value and a host that knows how to make you feel special. I would stay again next time ...

«Location was great and right in the centre of Newbury. Apartment was equipped with everything needed for a stay away from home. The room was uncomfortably hot and the small amount the windows opened and fan were no use. Our shower was totally blocked but it was sorted. Cleanliness of the apartment was not to my standard. »

«Bedrooms lovely but tight around beds. but en-suites quite roomy. So easy for different groups to do different things in the huge barn dinning/kitchen/lounge. Our 4 and 6 aged grand sons loved the space and outdoors games. Trampoline, football, table tennis etc. Google the grinding barn for easy location guidance as 3 of our 4 cars struggled with the given directions.»
