«Had a decent stay. Bed was not very comfortable though. Staff were polite. Food was just okay. Probably not stay again due to the fact on my day of departure, I practically had to walk over all the clean bedding and towels for the next guests because they had been placed on the floor outside my room and on the stairs that everyone uses to get to and from the rooms. Everything should have all been in a clean laundry bag.»

«We were staying here because our bathroom is being renovated and will definitely stay again. The staff were so friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and comfortable with a brilliant shower that I did not have to faff around with adjusting, just turned on and it was the perfect temperature.
The underfloor heating makes the room very warm although one can open the windows.
In kinder weather, there are chairs outside each of the rooms to sit on and enjoy a drink or smoke, and the pub ...

«This was a great place to stay for an overnight stop. Really great value. Bathroom was clean and functional. Beds were comfy, although a little rickety. Breakfast was basic, but decent. The staff were really lovely. The whole place could do with a bit of TLC, but for the price, it was very good.»
