«This place was an absolute dump. Our room was dirty and had someone's old socks on the floor. The sink wouldn't drain. The air conditioner unit did not work. The beds were very uncomfortable. The room was so small that we were constantly tripping over each other and our suitcases. Breakfast was bad, as well. Hardly any options and the coffee was barely lukewarm. The pool they advertised having was closed. I'm convinced they're paying for good reviews because the rating they have does not match ...

«Thaw room and the property were wonderful. Unfortunately the only elevator in the building was out of order and the guest had to carry our own luggage to the upper floors. The staff did not offer any assistance. The work out room was not available because the battery on the electronic door was not working. The staff did not have a maintenance technician to fix the problem. Only a couple of the staff members were willing to help. The others didn’t want you to bother them.

«First of all, this was not a “hotel“ it was a motel that was billed to us and advertised to us as a “hotel. It was old and needed renovating. The property around was dirty and had litter on it. We stayed there for Three nights and had to ask for room service to be cleaned and towels. And they acted like it made a mad to give us clean towels. The bedsheets did not fit the bed. I will be very leery of a sure stay.»
