I wish I was able to leave a better review... But there are Somethings I would like to mention before anyone else stays here. First this listing doesn't state anywhere that the master bedroom is in the basement! It was cold and not a comfortable space. The window in this bedroom looked out under the deck and was full of debris, a box of nails, wood, cut up materials, metal bars, plastic ect... The grass was over grown and in places up to my knee with weeds and poison ivy. The deck had wire for railings, several snapped and not safe for pets or children. There was no directions on how to turn on the lights in the yard. There were motion lights that would come on, but when they went off you couldn't see going up midsection of stairs, to which I fell the first day. Once we found the light cord, they were on a mounted electrical strip outside, not to code at all. All of the outside furniture was incredibly dirty, not even remotely cleaned for our arrival to use. The location is great, lovely neighborhood, clean inside the home. This rental is over priced for what you get and the condition of the home. We went to Asheville NC after and stayed in Asheville at another VRBO for the same price and it was wonderful!!!
