Check in was super slow, lights shorted 1 hour after getting into our room so maintenence had to be called to fix it as we were totally in the dark. All restaurants were closed. So we had to order in Rome service with very, very limited items, which, when they came after an hour, were very cold. Dated and run down hotel. Breakfast was below par as we were told several items were not available ( basic items) and one item we had to ask for*Gathiya, which is staple in Gujart and available in all hotels we have been to. Plus they had sambhar which normal y fires with it. When they finally found some it was very stale like they gave us leftover old sti c k sitting there for months
At check outc were asked if everything was ok. We told then if the laundry list if c issues snd they simply nodded ok and ask me to pay for everything iincluding the cold room service food i received s all the edits in the hotel we're closed even thought there websitec said one of them us 24/7. Just a lie. Like money is the most important not the passing guest experience.
