The open plan living space flows seamlessly between rooms, as each bedroom is accessed via the living area. The spacious master bedroom is complete with its own ensuite and built in cupboards with mirrors. The main bathroom is composed of a separate shower and bath and leads onto the generous laundry which doubles as a wet room. Here a second separate toilet and ample storage can be found. The laundry can be accessed directly from the rear deck, which leads to the outdoor shower, perfect for washing off the sand after a trip to the beach.

The property is located within an easy walking distance to the beach, local shops, swimming pool and gym.

*Please note – shed/garage is not accessible to guests however there is ample room for up to three cars on the driveway (off the street).

Sleeps six in three x queen size beds.

Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

If you intend to bring a pet with you, please note that there is an additional 50 per pet levy payable.
