«The room was modern and clean with a great view of Miller Lake. Unfortunately I did the self check-in, in the dark with rain pouring down and couldn't locate the property for 20 minutes. Lighting on the signage or street number is recommended. A bit of a game-changer that sticks with me is that they don't use a top sheet. I get that people do this at home, but not for guest-use....eew!»

«This is a quick turnaround facility. Most people are either going or coming from the airport and staying one night.
It was clear the housekeeping staff was expected to turn rooms around quickly - and we’re not given sufficient time for a thorough cleaning
The room was comfortable but the standard of cleaning left a lot to be desired. Discovered a dirty diaper in the recycling bin from the previous occupant. Mold in the shower. And dust in the corners of the floors.
Breakfast was basic. »
