The space
The villa ( Mulino di Anqua Family SPA ) is a former 16 c mill that underwent a careful 10 year restoration. The integrity of the Mill was maintained with the collection of magnificent stones from the nearby stream (just as it was done 400 years ago). The villa is lavishly decorated and designed to provide both the comforts of modern life and the warm hospitality of a country villa. You will find authentic details throughout the interior, wood-beamed ceilings, and splendid fabrics and furnishings. The large villa has 2 bedrooms (the master suite with 2 king size beds and one bedroom with 2 twin size beds) each with ensuite bathrooms. The small villa has 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed . The beds are handmade and offer the finest comfort. We provide fine linens, duvet pillows and comforters. The pool is treated with Sicilian sea salt and is filled each year with our very own mineral water.There is even a bamboo garden where the shade is perfect all summer long. The river runs through the property offering cool air and fresh water. All of our guests leave with a fond memory of the villa’s antiquity, serenity, beauty and exquisite style.

Other things to note
In our experience, we have found that the large villa is bested suited to a family as the master suite has 2 king size beds with a shared a bathroom. Please see the floor plan. There is an EV charger at the property. While we consider the area exceptionally safe, please remember that you are staying in a natural reserve with wild plants and animals. There are insects that sting. Tenants and guests are responsible for monitoring personal safety. All utilities are included.
