«Sehr netter Besitzer der uns sogar das Zimmer früher ohne Aufpreis überlassen hat. Zimmer und Pool sauber. Sehr Stadt nah und Tankstelle auch in der Nähe und auch nicht weit zur Autobahn. Einfach perfekt. Wir als Familie 2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder waren bestens aufgehoben und ohne extra Kosten auch noch zusätzlich ein reisebett für Kleinkind erhalten. Vielen Dank»

«San Gimignano is a beautiful town. We were off season so many of the shops and restaurants and some attractions we closed, but still there was lots to do and see, and enough good restaurants. And of course there were no crowds which was lovely. We took a Chianti region wine tour with Bruno and it was fantastic. We learned so much, and Bruno is a gem. «We stayed for 4 nights with our 2 sons using this as a base to explore Tuscany including Florence, Sienna, and Pisa. It was a perfect location arriving back each evening to enjoy the pool and relax on the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Nicola was an excellent host and was there to answer any questions, make excellent recommendations and provide any services we needed. »

«Fantastic location! Right next to the Ponte Vecchio. Very walkable. Great, responsive host. We had a problem with the door, but they sent a handyman to fix it right away. The only thing to note is that the second bedroom is very small and has no airconditioning but the main bedroom is great. It was nice having a kitchen too. And the host welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of wine and water which was very nice. Would definately stay again next time we're in Florence.»

«Outside of city center however it was a nice reprieve from the noise and chaos. there are some wonderful neighborhood gems for restaurants and the bus runs regularly and reliably. Only negative was when we reached out to the host upon arriving at the building, the host took 10 minutes to reply and to remotely open the door which after a long day of travel and standing in 90*+ heat with multiple children outside, it was very frustrating. «Property was good, and reasonably close to main tourist area. Hot water was a bit of an issue (a few cold showers were had) and laundry machine was broken upon arrival. Was able to find laundromat nearby.»

The check in process was very smooth, the concierge was already waiting for us when we got there. Very good communication. Very family-friendly.
