You'll love to stay in this comfortable one-bedroom apartment with terrace, patio and garden.

Terrace has a table and chairs, so you can enjoy your breakfast or diner with a great view to the sea.

You will also enjoy a shared patio with a garden, fireplace, and outdoor dining area.

It's located in a quiet area on the first floor of the private house, 10 min walk to the beach and 5 min drive to the historic town of Rab.

We also provide free parking spot in front of the house that you can use for free.

Master bedroom has one comfortable king-size bed.

Living room is equipped with large smart LED TV with satellite channels and a cozy sofa bed sleeping one.

Fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, stove, kettle, coffee machine, microwave on request, toaster and fridge with freezer, is ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

We will provide you also an air condition unit, free parking spot, iron, ironing board, clean linen and towels free of charge.

The washing machine is located at the owner’s property, one wash per stay is free of charge; each additional wash is charged 5 EUR.

Baby cot can also be arranged free of charge, please contact in advance.

**** House rules:

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke outside.

Pets are not allowed, sorry.

We expect normal house behaviour - watch not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name
and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and
number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For
check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info
within 1 hour of booking and for same day reservations please send us
that info within 30 min of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.
