«The staff were polite and the shuttle service worked perfectly. However, this resort is much more suited to families than to couples seeking a quiet and relaxing stay. Loud children’s screams could be heard from early morning until late at night, including around the beach club area, which made it difficult to relax.
The location is also relatively far from the main downtown areas, although the shuttle service was reliable and convenient. In addition, the air conditioning was difficult to ...

«We had a wonderful stay at Kempinski and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Bali.
The resort is beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Its location close to the beach makes it a perfect place to unwind for a few days after a long flight before continuing your journey around Bali.
We would also like to give special recognition to Sudi, who worked at the lunch restaurant. She was always warm, welcoming, and attentive, ...

«The rooms were clean but a bit too small for a family on five. The staff was helpful and nice. The facilities were nice and entertaining for the kids. The hotel restaurants were really, really slow and could benefit from better coordination. The prices are steep but the food was quite good.»

Upon check in, I was informed there was availability for a 30 minute spa session for my entire 3 nights I would be there. I was completely shocked.
