" Exceptional Stay at Fleur De Lys Hotel Quy Nhơn I recently stayed at the Fleur De Lys Hotel in Quy Nhơn and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful—modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The rooftop restaurant offers a wonderful atmosphere with great food and views, and the sauna was a perfect way to unwind after a long day. In every way, the facilities felt like a solid 4-star experience. What truly elevated my stay to a full 5-star level, however, was the outstanding service. Every staff member I encountered was warm, attentive, and professional. But one particular team member—the lady in the yellow uniform pictured—went above and beyond in every interaction. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest. It’s rare to meet someone who makes such a meaningful impact on your stay, and her exceptional service is something I won’t forget. Fleur De Lys Hotel already has great facilities, but it’s the people who make it exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again the next time I’m in Quy Nhơn. "
