Very minimal with the decor and random furniture in the livingroom room/dining room but doesnt affect the stay. We just used it for one night while our pup had surgery and we worked from the house: it was a place to sleep. Host left extras in the kitchen which was nice like granola bars, coffee, tea, mini cereal boxes, etc which was a nice touch. A little dusty but maybe expected in an older house if it has ...

«This is the sweetest little guest house in the perfect midtown Tallahassee location. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, but still under 10 minutes away from the Florida State campus, the capitol building, TMH and dozens of great restaurants and retail locations. My adult son and I were in town to visit family and the location couldn't have been more perfect. The two bedrooms and one bathroom feel just the right size for two or maybe three people. I would definitely stay again.»

«This house was perfect. We usually do not take our dogs when we travel. Since we were traveling at the last min we didn’t have a pet sitter. This house was plenty big enough for 2 adults, 2 teens, and our 2 dogs. The house was clean and modern. You can tell the owner spent a lot of time considering what would be needed during the stay. The neighborhood was great for dog walking. It was everything we needed during a stressful time. »
