House is fine but needs some work. The "Wow" parts: Views, Wildlife (lizards sunning on roof!), stocked kitchen with dishwasher, art decor outside by pool area and in common areas, urinal and shower outside, flowers and plants outside, lots of sitting areas, 3.5 bathrooms, washer/dryer, AC in bedrooms and main areas, black out curtains in all BR'sThings that could use some updating/work: Kitchen ceiling in corner rotting/molding missing, some outlets without covers, some fans that don't work, fixtures have many dead bugs/dust, places where pics or TV used to be are now bare and messy plaster issues, downstairs full bath doesn't flush without manually lifting lid and pulling chain, pool coping is deteriorating, canopy over grill is rusty, lights around pool work sometimes, most lights in master br ceiling don't work, no covering on upstairs bathroom windows and one bathroom visible from stairwell; driveway treacherous to enter/exit and needs to be built up, deck loungers ripped/unusable, another broken chair sat haphazardly in yard, no board games in house which was weird for a VRBO, no full length mirror, dusty wrought iron railings inside, dusty windowsills too, WiFi doesn't work in 1/3 of the house - barely works in one upstairs BR and doesn't work at all in other BR.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and do not mean to be picky. We could have overlooked a handful of these items but with so many issues, we started seeing everything. The house was nice but not WOW.
