Blue Horizon Costa Rica welcomes you to your private villa in the sky, a stunning spacious 4,100sq ft (380 sq mt) old-world style 2-floor penthouse with panoramic ocean views, nestled at quite literally the highest point within and overlooking jungle reserve and gated community Tulemar. Maximum capacity is 10 people as it features 4 bedrooms (3 of them with king bed, 1 of them with 2 queen beds). A generous outdoor terrace on both levels offers enchanting views and luxurious lounge areas to enjoy them from. 3 sets of double doors slide open to connect the indoor and outdoor living spaces. The open concept design in the family room, dining room, and kitchen make family and friends visits comfortable for shared experiences.

Enjoy 4 bedrooms, each with their own private bath and ample closet space/walk-ins. The two impressive masters boast incredible views from bed, one with a TV that can descend into furniture to make way to enjoy it from. The first-floor master has a double-shower. All bathrooms have stained glass details and archways that give the space a Tuscan villa feel, and the glowing backlit space makes for magical mornings getting ready for the day. The second floor can be ascended to from a beautiful spiral staircase which arrives at a gorgeous wood carved door, which opens to a huge private space with a living area and a jacuzzi that overlooks the ocean. The Master Bedroom features a King-size bed and an additional sofa bed for two people. It is ideal for a family with two children, but four adults are also welcome in this room.

The restroom includes a double sink, a huge shower, and bidet. Outside the bedroom, a separate outdoor room with a grill and dining table make a great communal and sun-lounging space.

Elegant, traditional design details throughought the space including two grand twisted wood pillars at the entry, beautiful wooden beams in the greatroom, arch ways and regal Grecian-style pillars and chunky molding lining the terraces. All furniture is high quality and comfortable and invites ultimate relaxation. Every modern amenity and convenience has been integrated in the home including all kitchen appliances, high-speed WiFi, cable TV & apps, and security within gated entry and double lock doors. The home is decked out with ample closets and storage space throughout the home so you can enjoy vacation without the clutter. Plush towels, linens, and additional bedding is available for your lounging and sleeping preferences.

Pacifico Colonial is nestled within the vibrant Costa Rica community of Quepos and Manuel Antonio. The home is closest to San Jose Airport, which is a 25/30-minute small plane ride (private and public charter options available), or a 3-hour drive.

Additional services & activities:

A private chef with full meal plan and daily maid-service available upon request. Spa services can also be provided on-site upon order. A private driver can also be accommodated as needed. Additionally private yoga instructors can also provide exercise instruction on-site.

In addition to luxury villas, Blue Horizon Costa Rica also owns an adventures, excursions, and luxury transportation company.

As such, Pacifico Colonial Penthouse guests can enjoy complimentary premium access to the best spot on Espadilla beach at the Blue Horizon beach club, with swimming pool to enjoy in front of the beach. Included in the rate is lounge beds and canopies for all guests. There is also parking, restrooms, changing rooms, and showers available for our guests’ convenience.

For an additional fee, surf lessons can be provided that can accommodate a wide range of experience, including children and families, beginners, intermediate, and advanced. Paddle boards can also be rented. The beach is a short 2-mile drive from the villa.

Blue Horizon offers a variety of other incredible experiences to enjoy including high-end sport fishing from the marina, whale-watching in season aboard a comfortable yacht, sunset boat cruises, ATV trails, horseback riding, zip lining, whitewater rafting, coffee tours, chocolate tours, and the great destination of Manual Antonio National Park. Beautiful waterfalls and hikes abound nearby as well.

Local culture:

A farmer’s market, The Feria, is open on Fridays and Saturdays. Check out Quepos for beautiful local artisan-made products including art, home accessories, clothing, and more. The region’s locals cherish tourists because they know how much the city’s health and success depends on their continued visiting and generous spending. Every time a tourist stays in town a local has a little more job security. We encourage mingling with the “ticos”. They are warm, kind, and often have some of the cities best-kept-secrets. However, your personal concierge through Blue Horizon Costa will be at your service for local recommendations tailored to your taste and interests.

Guests are of course welcome to use the kitchen during their stay. However, to protect the property and uphold our quality and safety standards, only chefs employed by our company are authorized to work in the kitchen. Outside chefs or catering staff are not permitted to use the facilities.
