Nestled between the lush rainforest and just a five-minute walk to the beach.

The 2900 ft2 home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and features three spacious bedrooms plus 3.5 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include four queen beds and one king bed in the master suite. Each bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom, along with an additional half bathroom in the common area for added convenience.

One of the highlights of Casa Quivira is its spectacular terrace, offering panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding rainforest. Here, you can enjoy the fresh ocean breeze while taking in the sights and sounds of Costa Rica’s incredible wildlife living in perfect harmony.

Guests are just a short walk from Tulemar’s beautiful private beach and enjoy complimentary internal transportation throughout the resort. Tulemar is ideally located in the heart of Manuel Antonio, only 4 kilometers from the world-famous Manuel Antonio National Park.

Within the resort, you’ll find TuleCafé, three swimming pools, and peaceful pathways surrounded by tropical nature. It’s common to see monkeys, scarlet macaws, sloths, and other native wildlife right from your balcony or while strolling through the property.

The property is amazing! We had views of the ocean, watched monkeys playing in the trees from the balcony, saw macaws, iguanas and other wildlife at the resort, plus had plenty of room in the house for all of us (two families of four each). The private beach was walking distance. There were towels down there, someone to help us get lounge chairs and an umbrella, we could order food and drinks and swim all day. One of the most wonderful experiences ever!!

Our family had a wonderful time! The host were very responsive and helpful with any of our questions! The place is very clean and there is a housekeeper that comes daily to tidy up things. We saw lots of wildlife on the property and enjoyed the view and looking for animals from our balcony! The beach that connects to the resort is Amazing!! We swam everyday we were there!! There are a lot of fun excursions to do that are not too far away. We did a night creepy crawly tour, surfing lessons, and we did a zip line tour! Everyone is so kind and helpful! We will definitely be back!!

Our family of 7 stayed here comfortably. It was clean and in a great location with gorgeous views! It is walking distance to many restaurants and souvenir shops. The shuttle to the beach was very convenient! Emiliano was our concierge and he was great, communicated clearly and ensured we had everything we needed. One thing to note is you get all the Tulemar resort amenities, including room service, shuttle service, and beach service (free boogie boards, lounge chairs, umbrellas, etc). This villa is a short walk the cafe and pool. A bonus is that the cafe food is amazing! We would definitely recommend staying at Casa Quivira!

Our family of 7 stayed in this beautiful home for 5 nights. The views from the house are amazing, and we had more than enough space. The house is very well kept and the housekeeper came daily. Tito and our concierge Emi were great hosts and helped us book excursions and dinners that we all loved. We are thankful for a wonderful vacation here and would love to come back!

It’s Not Too Good To Be True - It’s That Good!

My husband and I have stayed in Manuel Antonio several times. This was our first time taking our kiddos, (1.5 and 4). When we found Casa Quivira on VRBO, we were hesitant at first because it seemed too good to be true. A private concierge that could book your shuttles to and from the airport, internal shuttles at Tulemar, and solve any on-site problems with a professional attitude? A daily housekeeper who does your laundry and cleans your dishes every day? A gorgeous, sprawling Casa in the heart of Tulemar, nestled between the entrance close to a Supermarket and the family pool? Access to all of the resort amenities? We hoped it would live up to at least a little bit to what the listing boasted of. Andre and Tito exceeded our expectations and then some on the Tulemar property. Andre met us at the Casa on our first night and showed my husband all the ropes of the resort. They were quick to respond to any need, request, or question we had. Our housekeeper had a smile on her face each and every interaction. The Stay Manuel Antonio team is obviously a well-oiled machine with lots of connections and trust amongst each other. Highly, highly recommend this property and this team for your next stay in Costa Rica. You won’t be disappointed!

College spring break

We had a fantastic time. My husband and I, our 2 college age kids and 6 of their friends stayed there. It was perfect. We’ve stayed at Tulemar multiple times and it never fails to disappoint. The wildlife, the property, the casitas, beach, and location are great. I can’t say enough about our concierge. He was so helpful.

Beautiful property and centrally located

We had a great time being centrally located and right in the heart of town. We enjoyed the beach as all the different pools the property had to offer. Loved that we were within walking distance to many restaurants and local shops. Definitely a great time had by all.

6 friends had a great stay at Casa Quivira. Staff, home, amenities all top rate! Beautiful private beach. There are a lot of stairs and hills to maneuver but shuttle is easy and quick. Andre, the concierge, is the best!

The property is absolutely beautiful. We were immediately greeted by Andre when we got there who gave us a tour of the place. Anything we needed they were available to assist with at any time. I highly recommend staying here. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come aback!
