Nestled in the heart of the jungle and just steps from local attractions, our exclusive Manuel Antonio Tree House Villas offer a one-of-a-kind escape surrounded by monkeys, sloths, toucans, and butterflies.



The Space:

Each private villa features 4 spacious bedrooms (max 12 guests) with AC, en suite bathrooms, a private outdoor pool with a waterslide and lounge area, a BBQ space, a cozy social area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and private parking for your convenience. Breakfast included.



Guest Access:

You will receive check-in instructions after booking, around a week before your arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Located next to the Sukia Canopy Zip Line and Butterfly Farm (with complimentary access to the Butterfly Farm and Cafe), our villas are just steps from local restaurants and attractions. Manuel Antonio Beach and Arenas del Mar Beach Club are only a 5-minute drive away, while the renowned Manuel Antonio National Park is just 10 minutes from the property. To ensure a seamless experience, we provide complimentary daily transportation to and from a private beach club at 9 AM and 4 PM.



Other Things to Note:

Some of the images shown are high-quality architectural renders of the villa and other images are from our 3 bedroom version. Construction for our 4 bedroom villa is currently underway and the property will be completed and ready for guests starting Dec 19, 2025.



During the month of January 2026, these render images will be replaced with the real images.
