Guest Access:
We aim to create an environment where you and your family can enjoy all the comforts of home. Please feel free to use everything in the property and make yourself at home - Our house is your house.

To gain access to the property you will require an access code which will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Please ensure you make contact with us prior to arriving to make sure we have your correct email details.
With the close proximity to town and Queenstown's many attractions, you will be able to come and go as you please.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essential items you will need to cook a great meal during your stay, and you will be able to enjoy the complimentary coffee & tea provided.

We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the villa will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved

Getting Around:
The apartment is just a 5 minutes drive from the centre of Queenstown and 10 minutes from Queenstown Airport.

If you don't have a car then we recommend the use of one of Queenstown's taxi companies - These are available right from the airport for your convenience.

Other Things to Note:
One of the king beds in the property can be split into two single beds—please request this option at the time of booking.
