«The property is perfect for medium to large groups. It was a convenient walk to and from the town center. For those not wanting the exercise, there are plenty of taxi's and Ubers for a reasonable rate. The house was clean and safe. Each bedroom was comfortable with it's own bathroom. The kitchen was fine to cook any meal. The common areas were large and comfortable. The hot tub was very a very nice bonus to the deal. The owners/managers were very accommodating and responsive... we needed to stay ...

«We enjoyed our stay at Woodlands Close Retreat. Everything was advertised. The only difficulty we had was finding the house after dark (I suggest finding it during daylight hours). The property comes with lots of information on how to and where to find things. We would have appreciated paper towels, but we bought our own, and from our experience, no properties in NZ (VRBO) provided paper towels. I wished I had found the grill instructions sooner as I thought there was no gas, but this was ...

«We fall in love with this place as soon as we stepped in! Three very spacious on-suite rooms with amazing views of Lake Wakatipu, feels like three five star hotel rooms all in one house. Neighbours are very quite and friendly. It is also pretty close to the town center, there is a bus stop just outside, very convenient if you need to take bus. It's got a footpath thats leads directly to the lake. The only imperfect things would be slightly shortage of the comsumables as our stay was quite a few ...

«Amazing views of the lake and mountains. Great location , easy check in process. Updated kitchen and bathrooms but the rest of the house is a bit dated. Have to take care with the internal steps if you are staying with young children. Nothing much was available in the pantry. Would have been nice to have at least tea & coffee stocked for the guests. Overall we had a good stay.»

«Well situated place to stay near central Queenstown. The room has spectacular views of the lake. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge area. Would give it a 5 but the bedroom lacked plug points and cupboard space was limited. Otherwise it was great place to stay. »
