The Space:

This spacious home features three comfortable bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and a bright open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area.



Large windows bring in natural light, while the outdoor garden space provides a peaceful place to relax.



The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, and the garage offers secure parking and extra storage space.



Sleeping Arrangements:

Master Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed, walk-in wardrobe with access to the ensuite bathroom

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed with clothing storage

Bedroom 3: 2 Single Beds with clothing storage and skylight

*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.



Family-Friendly Extras:

We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.



Good to Know:

1. There is a separate 1-bedroom unit attached to the home that may also be rented during your stay. Each space has its own private access.

2. The property is set on a hillside, so guests should expect stairs and an elevated driveway approach.

3. The garage is only suitable for one standard-sized vehicle and is not suitable for larger vehicles or motorhomes. (Height Clearance: 2.1m)

4. The home is located in a residential neighbourhood, so we ask guests to respect neighbours and observe quiet hours after 10pm.

5. The elevated position comes with beautiful views, but it also means walking access will be steep when heading back from town.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire top floor, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, garden, and garage downstairs.



Self check-in details will be provided prior to arrival for a smooth and easy stay.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet residential area, this home offers a peaceful setting while still being close to Queenstown’s main attractions.



You will be within easy reach of local cafés, shops, walking trails, and the lakefront, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.



Getting Around:

Queenstown town centre is approximately 5 km away, making it a short drive to restaurants, shops, and activities. Queenstown Airport is around 8 km from the property. Nearby supermarkets, cafés, and walking trails are all within a few minutes’ drive, while local bus routes make it easy to get around without a car.

Maximum of 6 guests

At least one guest must be over the age of 25

No pets, parties, smoking/vaping indoors and absolutely NO glitter.

3-night minimum stay applies during December 20 – January 5

Please note: This property is located in a residential area, the quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

We ask if you have guests or externally hired staff at this location, that you strictly abide by the quiet hours so as to not disturb the neighbours.
