The elevated bedroom sits above the living space, giving it an open, airy feel with views out to the mountains.

Downstairs, the living, dining, and kitchen areas follow an easy, open layout that’s practical, welcoming, and well-equipped. The home also offers three outdoor seating areas. one off the living room and another two toward the back of the house, all with elevated outlooks that make it a relaxing place to enjoy a coffee or unwind after a day out. A separate shed is available for storing skis, boards, bikes, or any extra gear you bring along.

No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am.

All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm – 7am (Quiet hours as per council)

No parties or unregistered overnight guests

No smoking or vaping inside

Please lock doors and turn off all appliances when leaving (Leave key in the lockbox)

If something gets damaged, just let us know so we can sort it quickly

Spa Use
-Do not use glass near the spa
-Children must be supervised at all times around the spa.
-Always close the cover and clip it back in place after use
