Hi Shannon, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Firstly when you checked in I did explain we do have a 10.00 early check in fee, at reception we have to reschedule our house keepers schedule so they can get into the room as a priority. On that particular day our house keepers had a load of work but we still managed to get your room ready for you.With regards to the heaters, we was fully booked in the bed and breakfast that night and I myself managed to find a spare heater for you. I can understand it did take a while to heat up, with this being said we have learnt from this as the weather has dropped we will be leaving a card in the slot of the room to warm up the rooms before guests check in.I am glad you did find your stay with us good except for the minor issue you had with the heaters, but thank you for bringing this to our attention so we could rectify this.Also, we do not allow take away food in our rooms, we find they make our rooms smell and we have a restaurant downstairs.We do look forward to welcoming you in the future. Hi Paul, as discussed on the phone with my colleague Amanda regarding this review, Expedia are asking me to respond to this. We was very shocked our end to receive a 2/10 a score that low which we have never received before. Just to clarify this score does not reflect the bed and breakfast and we are investigating the matter.
