8. The Storybook Cottage | Close to Lancaster | Secret Room

West Lancaster

«Overall the property was excellent. The host was very responsive and accommodating, allowing us the check out at noon. The kitchen was as well stocked, except for paper towels. Granted, we did not ask but there did not seem to be any in the kitchen area (until the delivery on Sunday morning! Ha! Ha!). Suggestions: add task lighting under the kitchen cabinets, and add usb ports to outlets in the kitchen and bedrooms. The hot tub was wonderful!!»

«What a wonderful weekend! We were in town with two other families to watch our boys play lacrosse in a tournament. Instead of staying in a boring hotel we had this beautiful retreat in the woods after a long day of games. Parents sat by the fire and relaxed while the boys played pickleball, kayaked, yard games, etc. Our only regret is that it took us 5 years of traveling for sports to figure this out!! Thanks for a great weekend--we hope to be back next summer.»

Cork Factory Hotel Lancaster

10/10 Utmerket

"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was spotless, had large rooms, great service and nice history behind. Lancaster offered some good accommodations. I do recommend stopping by Cork Factory Hotel if you are passing by."
