"A very lovely hotel. Great location next to old town. Very attententive, polite and friendly staff. Fantastic service. Staff at breakfast station is helpful and kind. Breakfast is ok, best of my stay in hanoi but not great compared to other places. They have laundry service for 3 usd/kg. Did not tried out the rooftoop pool, but it looks nice, and drinks at bar are decent.Room is great sized and bed comfortablem Balcony with view to the street. Did not use at it rained during my stay. Room felt damped though, and got a slight of smell from bathroom, when the rain was at worst. The hotel is newly renovated and do attempt to get better. Elevator is small but we did not need to wait long. Everything was like could be better, but I really enjoyed my stay. Can definetly recommend, and hopefully they will improve through time. "
