Getting Around:

A 6-seater golf cart is included with the villa and is the most convenient way to get around Punta Mita, including trips to beach clubs and Punta de Mita town.

Additional transportation services, private drivers, and airport transfers can be arranged in advance through the concierge.

As of January 6th 2026, Punta Mita charges a one time fee per person per stay of:

Adults (13+): USD $66.07

Children (5-12): USD $40.02

Children under 5: no charge



Interaction with Guests:

Check-in is personal. Upon arrival, a member of our team will be waiting at the villa to welcome you, explain the home’s features and operations, provide a walkthrough of the property, and introduce you to the staff who will be assisting you during your stay.

During check-in, Punta Mita membership cards will be provided, allowing access to the development’s amenities.

Our concierge service will be available throughout your stay to assist with reservations, experiences, transportation, and any additional services, ensuring a seamless and worry-free experience.
