«We love staying at HDM. The included breakfasts are amazing. The access to town and the beach clubs is a must! The only minor complaint is that the concierge service was difficult to communicate with via their website chat. The owners of the property could invest in new towels and perhaps robes for the guests. You could tell this property is just a rental.»

«Overall, this unit is perfect. It's the nicest unit in PDM that we've stayed in. The unit itself is beautifully decorated and works well for two families with young kids. Uriel was always available and super helpful as property manager. Mina was incredible - her food is some of the best we had during our week in Mexico. She is incredibly kind and can't do enough to help. We would absolutely stay here again and are already planning a return trip. I couldn't recommend Natalie's place more.»

«Great building/ Property, well maintained and the staff is super helpful. We had great weather, talking to the regulars we found great places to eat, both inexpensive to very expensive. We had a dinner cooked for us that was wonderful. There was a lot of large rocks washed up on the beach that the locals said will be gone by June. Our dryer was broken when we arrived but fixed the last day we were there. We cant wait to go back.»

«We just returned from a stay in Punta de Mita and highly recommend this beachfront condo. It looked exactly like the pics; actually, it was nicer than it looked in the photos. You cannot beat the setting -- the balcony overlooks the ocean, you can hear the waves (gently) all night, and we could see migrating whales in the distance. «The area in the immediate vicinity has some “temporary” issues that are beyond control of the property owner/manager, but definitely worth considering. There is a major street construction project underway that makes walking directly to the “restaurant row” sketchy.
