«Great place to stay. Great staff. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Only caveat is at the moment (26 September 26) the hotel is adding a large extension to the building so there was a lot of building work noise till 6.30pm and it started again at 9am. Because of the noise it was difficult to relax.»

«Very clean and staff was great. »

«Fantastisk opphold i Punta Arenas-hotellet var flott, opplevelsene supre og vi er strålende fornøyde.»

«Clean room, great bar, breakfast solid. Nice central location.»

«No water in shower, Perilous steps to bathroom. Generic key to the room. Safe was non-functioning. no elevator to lobby on second floor»

«Had limited parking which required coordination but worked out. Didn't realize staff needed to meet you on arrival as the reception is not staffed all the time. It was fine but made for a bit chaotic check-in when it was not planned. The room was nice but we were in the front of the hotel and it was a bit loud from other guests coming and going at night. »

«Great option for backpackers. Good included breakfast, hot hot shower and bed was great. The gentleman at the desk saved me by helping me figure out how to get a new tourist card at investigative police station. Highly recommend»

«Smaller, but sufficient rooms, clean, comfy beds, bathroom maintenance little neglected. Very nice staff, fantastic breakfast and meals in the small, on-premise restaurant.»

«Personnel super agréable. Arrivés tard et partis tôt, c’est un regret car on aurait aimé en profiter plus»

«Excellent as always»

«The rooms were large and well equipped. The staff was friendly, helpful, and had excellent English. There is dinner available at the on site restaurant. It was both reasonably priced and delicious. Breakfast, included in the room rate, was also great. »

«They tried different pricing when I checked out. Unacceptable.»

«Nice place for quick stays in Punta Arenas. Incredible host, close proximity to the airport, and nice amenities.»
