«We had a great stay at Ryan’s place in Maui. The condo was very clean, the loft was awesome, and the pool being right on the beach next to the water was a huge bonus. The sunsets were beautiful every night — at least until the rain during our last couple of days.Ryan was very responsive. «We had such a great stay at this VRBO! The place was incredibly clean and well cared for, which made it feel comfortable right away. It was also fully stocked with everything you could need for the beach—chairs, toys, and gear—which made our time in Hawaii so easy and enjoyable, especially with kids.The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. «Had a great stay at this VRBO. Oustanding location. No beach view from the unit, but a convenient/short walk to the beach for snorkling and other daytime activities plus beautiful sunsets.Really nice patio with canopy over lawn furniture made it a great spot to relax and enjoy our perfect week of weather. Excellent, well equipped kitchen, bedrooms and baths. New laundry equipment in garage, which easily accommodated the 2 SUV's our group parked here. Nice beach gear including beach chairs, ...

"The hotel itself was beautiful, and the location was excellent. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were a major disappointment. At check-in, they didn’t take the time to explain the hotel’s facilities, amenities, or guest privileges. We weren’t given a hotel map or any useful information to help us enjoy our stay. We only found out two days later that hotel guests receive discounts on food and beverages—something that should have been explained during check-in. It’s frustrating to miss out on benefits simply because the staff failed to provide basic information. The property deserves much better service at the front desk."
