This is our 2nd stay at this property. We returned because we love the location with access to a private, beach and the Marina restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful. The outdoor grounds are well maintained. The club suite layout is great, and the bed was comfortable. However, the unit was poorly maintained. Whe we checked in, we noticed a strong smell. The patio door wouldn't lock. The dishwasher didn't clean dishes, as soap dispenser didn't open, so we had to wash dishes by hand in cold water, no hot available. Decor is dated and the dining chairs and couch were extremely uncomfortable. The AC was dripping onto the floor and the hot water tap in the MB sink leaked all over the counter. We reported some of these issues to staff, and most were promptly addressed. We would consider a return visit if we were assured of a unit in working order.

Excellent resort. Clean, friendly, welcoming, and beautiful. Great place to unwind. Close to marina. $20 10 minute Uber XL ride to downtown. Beautiful pool. Nice fitness center. They have dumbbells, various curl bars, treadmills, strength equipment, and a couple stationary bikes. Perfect for peloton or les mills sprint app. Last week of April was really quiet and very relaxing. Supposedly it’s a bit of a lull down here.

The resort grounds were absolutely beautiful! Rooms were extremely clean and the kitchenette came with everything we needed. Staff were always friendly although we made most of our meals, what we ordered food-wise was delicious. I would definitely recommend to friends and family

Had a couple problems but management fixed the problem swiftly. Just don't stay in a room on the first floor. Other than that it was a very nice place. Excellent staff except the cleaners.

Property is perfect for families. I do not like how they moved the bar away from the pool area. It was nice to be able to eat and order from the bar in the pool like before, but separating the two doesn’t make sense. Also, moving the towel shack away from the pool is less convenient. Should have kept everything located where it was before.

We checked out of the room at 10:00am and they let us stay until 3 pm at no additional charge. It is 5 minute walk to the Marina. Happy Hour between 1pm to 2 pm drink cost at that time are about 50 pesos, half price.

My family and I just stayed at Club Regina for a week and had a great experience. The grounds are beautiful and clean, the staff was very attentive and friendly and the proximity to the marina restaurants was an added bonus (8min walk). The restaurant at the pool was so delicious, we consumed it daily. The breakfast at the restaurant was great - we opted for the buffet a few times, never ate dinner there though but heard good things. The pools were beautiful and the beach access was great! Plenty of lounge chairs at both. Although the studio we stayed in could use some updating, the rooms were super clean and beds were comfortable. We are already looking forward to booking another vacation at Club Regina.

The timeshare sellers are very pushy and thats terrible way to start your relaxing time. Also, the bathrooms need a MAJOR update. The one in our room had a faucet leak and the overall appearance was old and unkept, no exhaust fan either so the bathroom is always humid.

It was a great experience. The room was perfect with a kitchen. Beautiful ocean view from balcony. Lots of activities for all ages offered throughout the day. The only thing I personally was disappointed with was the prices for the onsite restaurant. We opted to cook for ourselves or left the property for more affordable places to eat. Definitely going back though!
