«Within the first 24hr of our stay, we experienced a number of issues which ultimately resulted in us leaving after one night (booked for 4 nights). - the day before checking in, we received a message stating that the property was trying to charge our card for the whole booking even though we had already booked and paid in full through Expedia. «The host did not communicate well. Didn’t receive check in information and had to contact VRBO. The location was difficult to find and the pictures of the outside and neighborhood do not match. Also no hot water, couldn’t use the fans in the rooms because they were missing and when told the host they did not respond. The windows wouldn’t close all the way which meant mosquitos were getting in. Unfortunately wouldn’t use again.»

«I literally had the best vacation in a while and me being able to stay at this villa was too perfect. Communication with the owner of the property was a breeze. He allowed to is check in early after a 9 hour flight. From meeting yvette who was so nice and gave us a nice tour we knew this was going to be a great trip.
