Just a quick reminder: Our charming ground floor, 2-bedroom condo is perfect for up to 6 guests including children 12 and under and infants with a Maximum of 4 Adults.

Experience a slice of paradise at Princesa de Penasco! Nestled on Sandy Beach and just steps away from the breathtaking Sea of Cortez, our luxurious and modernly designed condo offers mesmerizing views of one of Puerto Penasco's most exquisite beaches. Embark on a short one-hour drive south of the border and prepare to be captivated by the allure of this fully furnished and newly remodeled haven.

Our condo is in Building E. It's the closest building to the Ocean. You'll be right on the beach, with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. The pool and beach photos are the real deal -- they show the breathtaking views you'll experience during your stay. And guess what? Our condo just had a complete remodel. We've maintained the Princesa Resort's rustic charm while adding modern conveniences for your enjoyment. We've upgraded everything! Free high-speed WiFi, USB charging ports in every room, HD smart TVs that allow you to access your own streaming accounts, including Amazon Prime, Netflix, and DirecTV and even keyless entry!

Additional accommodations include bedding, linens, bath towels, and beach towels. We also have a pack-n-play and high chair available upon request. Be sure to bring your favorite K-Cups or favorite ground coffee to make the most of our Keurig K-Duo Plus coffee maker! Our kitchen's all set up with silverware, dishware, cookware, and the basic cooking tools you’ll need, plus some dish cleaning goodies to keep things tidy. Don't feel like cooking? Colins Cantina is located in the resort and offers delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at very reasonable prices. There is also a small convenience store located in the resort.

The condo is located on the ground floor, featuring a private patio just steps away from the heated pool and children's pool. Unwind on the comfortable patio sofa and chairs, or enjoy a meal on the patio high-top table. Plus, you’ll find a private propane grill on the patio for your grilling convenience. The Master Bedroom has a King-sized bed and a private bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. The Pineapple Bedroom is furnished with a cozy Queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with HD smart TVs, allowing you to log in to your own streaming accounts, including Amazon Prime, Netflix, and DirecTV.

The resort's courtyard has three pools (1 Heated) and three shallow kiddie pools, a jacuzzi, barbecue grills, a fitness center, a volleyball court, and several palapas with beach chairs to relax in and enjoy the beach.

We also offer a Digital Welcome Book to all of our guests. Whether this is your first time to Puerto Penasco or a regular visitor, our Digital Welcome book is full of helpful information that you can access right at your fingertips. Even if you don't have cellular coverage in Mexico, download the Digital Welcome Book to your Android or iPhone for consistent detailed Google Maps directions and resort information. Also included in the Digital Welcome Book is a complete list of Google Map Directions of nearby restaurants, nightlife, shopping, must-see attractions, and various other popular things to do and see during your stay. We’ve stayed at many condos and resorts in Rocky Point over the years, and this one stands out as the best of the best! From the moment we walked in, we could tell how much care and pride the owner puts into every detail.The condo is spotless, beautifully decorated, and feels more like a high-end home than a rental. Every little touch has been thought of, from the plush towels and comfortable beds to the well-stocked kitchen, and thoughtful extras that make your stay easy and relaxing. You can tell this isn’t just a place to rent; it’s a place the owner genuinely wants guests to enjoy and remember. Plenty of storage for our stuff, open shelving waiting to be used, charging docks for phones/laptops/ipads everywhere you'd want them, quality pots and pans, the list goes on and on.We loved how well-maintained and perfectly appointed everything was. The attention to detail really sets this condo apart... it’s rare to find a place that feels this welcoming, comfortable, and complete. Outdoor patio furniture was perfect for watching the kids in the pool, which is steps away and has a swimup bar! plus another few steps away is the beach, it doesn't get much better than this place. We experienced zero issues with this condo, check in process was the easiest we've ever had, and the host had the quickest communication to assist with any questions we had.If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and truly special place to stay — this is it!

I recently returned from an amazing trip to Puerto Peñasco and stayed at the Princesa de Peñasco Condos. Everything about my stay exceeded expectations. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The views of the ocean were absolutely stunning, and I loved being able to walk right down to the beach and pool within minutes.The property itself is beautifully maintained with multiple pools, a hot tub, and a nice fitness area. The grounds felt safe and secure, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. It’s the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience — close enough to town for restaurants and shopping, but peaceful enough to feel like a true getaway.A big shoutout to Scott, the owner, who was fantastic to work with. He was responsive, professional, and made the whole booking process smooth and stress-free, which made our stay even more enjoyable.Overall, staying at the Princesa Condo made our Puerto Peñasco trip unforgettable. Perfect Stay

The condo was perfectly appointed. Everything you could need was on hand. Extremely comfortable and relaxing.Scott was always so responsive with any questions we had. La Princesa has so much to offer in the way of relaxation, amenities, and fun. The condo included everything we needed, from upgraded appliances to USB charging ports in every room. Furniture and beds are very comfortable! The Cantina, gym, hot tub, and swim up bar are steps away which made our stay in Mexico a perfect one. I can’t wait to come back next year.

Awesome Family location

We stayed at the condo for 5days(4nights). The rental was spacious enough for 6ppl. My husband and I had the master and Our four kids(10,6,6,5) shared the other bern, with two in the queen bed and a twin airmattress fit on each side of the bed for all four in there (there is a pull out couch but we like to put our kids to bed in the bedroom and close the door). There were Plenty of pillows, linens, and towels for everyone! The location is perfect! Right beside the pool which made it easy for quickly grabbing things in the room while still being in the pool. We loved the ground floor unit to be able to store our floaties on patio and not have to deal with stairs or elevators. And best of all, a few more steps and you were at the beach! The kitchen has all basic cooking items pots, pans, utensils, and even kids cups and bowls. Salt and pepper were provided but no other seasonings/cooking spray (which was fine for us, I always bring my own). Only thing I wish the condo had was a crock pot. I would have loved to throw dinner in the crock pot in the morning and went to the beach all day to come home to a cooked dinner, but I should have asked if there was one so I could have brought my own. Scott was an amazing host! He texted with all the details I needed before my trip (insurance, check in process, updates about the condo) and was very communicative through out our stay. We loved staying here and recommend it to anyone! We will definitely be staying here again 10/10

Great location steps from the pool and beach

An easy arrival and departure with all the listed amenities, zero stress and great location on the first floor. We loved it and would seek it out again. We drove, which made it easy to go to other parts of the city— only note as it is about a 10-20 minute drive to other popular locations. You could also very well not leave the site at all and have everything you need.

Scott's condo was wonderful as always. Beautifully decorated and clean. It has everything you need for a great vacation. The heated pool, beach and pool bar are right out the patio door. Scott is easy to reach if needed.

Amazing Condo - Right on the beach with beautiful views

Condo was super comfy and being on the ground floor beach front is amazing. Heated pool right in front of the condo. Parking was also very close to the condo front door. Host was super to work with. Highly recommend. Next trip we will be bringing the little ones with. This is an ideal condo for families being so close to the pool and with the large patio. Thank You for a great stay!

Enjoyed our 5 days in this room very nice features and access to the pool. Overall great stay. I will say that the resort has a no shirt policy for men in the pool regardless if it’s swim attire. Which we thought was odd. They were enforcing it everyday we were there.
