«The rooms were fairly small and tights. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful more than in many other places that we have used in the past. Breakfasts or (or travel box) were good. We have stayed 6 nights and had a great time.»

«This beautiful property was located perfect for us since we wanted to explore Torres del Paine National Park. Carlos and Cristina run this boutique hotel with love and pride. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are the comfiest we’ve had so far this trip.
The view of our room was a dream and the common areas are lovely. We would definitely stay again.
They also secured us meal reservations at restaurants and provided laundry wash service!»

«Beautiful, clean hotel with great breakfast and appealing retro cabin-style décor. Outstanding staff and service beyond expectations. Roxi was incredibly helpful with bookings and trip coordination. Very safe, peaceful, and the perfect place to unwind in Patagonia. Highly recommended.»

«Nice room, lovely staff that even prepared a early breakfast for us. Great views from the rooftop bar and we were even treated to a welcome drink.
Only slight snag was that the shower was rather tiny and leaked onto the floor. Also, the parking situation in the town/city isn't ideal. »
