«The room was small but comfortable. The bathroom amenities are outdated and falling apart. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and room were not up to standard. There was a mushroom growing by the door which was not removed our entire stay, even though the room was cleaned. Hot water takes 15 mins to flow. There is no lift so you have to carry luggage up the stairs. We did complain but did not receive an apology ir satisfactory response. The only good thing about the hotel is location»

«Gorgeous setting with beautiful views. Our room was lovely, and perfect for a couple of relaxing days after lots of hiking. The only thing is our particular room was by the kitchen so you did get some sound through the walls. Majority of the rooms are downstairs though and won’t have this issue. Staff all lovely and friendly and we had a nice meal in the restaurant one night. We didn’t have our rental car anymore but had no issue getting Ubers in and out of town. »

«Everything stood out. I cannot recommend this place enough. Everything was so wonderful. The ambiance was to die for! Tucked away in the beautiful valley of puerto Natales, right outside the town amongst the farms, is this beautiful place. The staff were so warm and welcoming, bringing us a basket of fresh items for us to cook breakfast for ourselves the next morning. «The hotel is beautifully located by the water. Very friendly and helpful staff in the reception. Large common areas. The breakfast is very good, a great selection of food and omelets to order as well. I do wish though, that in this area where early start of excursions are common, that they could offer a simple breakfast to go. Instead they try to sell you a box lunch.
