«Pros: Las vistas a la montaña, la piscina imprescindible para refrescarse. Cons: Estaría ideal que hubiese algo de vegetación, algunos arboles que ofreciesen sombra. Debería haber Aire acondicionado en sala comedor, así como mobiliario más actual y no tan apiñado. Las tuberías de los baños desprenden mal olor. Un cambio de sartenes no iría nada mal, todo se pega en ellas, al igual que una cafetera de cápsulas, el microondas da miedo utilizarlo, en definitiva, con el elevado precio que se cobra ...

«Very happy with the Villa it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay .Location is excellent for the beach which is very nice and the nearby shops .. there are some very lovely restaurants within walking distance - car is not needed Communication from Hollidu was great once the holiday came around but not so good prior when we asked for some help with transfers etc - we used gettransfer.com who were absolutely fantastic both journeys .. would we stay here again - absolutely »

«Great location in the quieter part of town. A short walk to the beach and, further along the beach road, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with a balcony looking over the shared pool and the bonus of air conditioning. Our host Barbara was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend.»

«The property had stunning views. However it’s tired. The patio doors were difficult to open. The kitchen was basic. No dish cloth to wash dishes. The kitchen window wouldn’t close properly therefore causing a loud whistling noise when there was a wind. However, we would stay again due to the position. Please refund my deposit. »

«This is a very beautiful property located just outside of the town of Alcudia. It’s about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the old town area. The views from the back deck are amazing. We stay just two nights from April 1-3. Unfortunately, the weather was chilly during our stay so the house itself is pretty cold if you are staying during the cooler months.
