Location, immaculate in every area, delicious and substantial breakfast all in a hotel that was built in approximately 1997 yet furnished with comfy antiques, It is centrally located to walk into the shops, restaurants and theater in Charlottetown and down to the water's edge. Their concierge was most helpful in directing us to tours and activities to enjoy~! Definitely one of the best choices in Charlottetown~!»

«Hotel is clean and location is amazing. Staff are friendly. My first disappointment was at the check in when I was told breakfast wasn’t included. When I booked the hotel, I didn’t pay attention, but considering the hotel is in a luxury category and by the price, I thought it was obvious breakfast was included. My bad!! Second disappointment. My room was super small and the toilet was loose. I let the lady at the reception desk know and, she told me she’d send someone to fix it. Two days ...

«Both The location and good staff were good. My only suggestion would that the rooms should cleaned better between guests. The floors were gritty when we checked in.»

«The office was very helpful with guiding us with a map. Good suggestions of what to do and where to eat. Parking next door was a little money but very close.»

«The room was extremely clean, but needs a little repair. There had obviously been a leak in the room above and the ceiling was quite water stained. As well there were holes in the hardwood floor that need to be repaired. If you can overlook these things, it is clean, the shower works and the bed is comfortable.»

«The place was great, very nice little cottage and nice staff. The only big issue was that the temperature settings in the rooms were locked to cooler temperature in the living space (requiring the use of blankets for eating and watching TV) and warm in the bedroom making it an uncomfortably warm temperature to sleep in. My partner tends to produce a lot of heat and even he found it too cold in the living space.»
