The room we booked online was one large space but when we checked in the room was fine but it was 2 levels! There were a lot of stairs to get to the room and then again inside the room, There were no complimentary water bottles or mini bar as stated online. We did has a mishap, when we checked in they gave as a complimentary $100 gift card for local restaurants so we booked reservations and invited friends to join us and just beofre we left front desk called to ask for the gift card back that it was an error, I was disappointed and it was kinda awkward when she came to the room to take it back, I had already scratched the PIN code because I was doing an online order but front desk called before I finished the order so I gave it back. She offered a bottle of wine for the error which we said fine even though we don’t drink it. I did mention it to front desk when we checked out as I still kinda felt it was a little unfair so upon check out the front desk gentleman gave me a $25 gift card to the local restaurants. A least was a little apology but if we ever go back I would definitely get more room information for more convience
