«The house is just as pictured. Excellent location. It can be challenging unloading bags from a car due to the street being so narrow but we managed. Francisco was easy to deal with and responsive. «We enjoyed a wonderful respite at the Boutique San Bernardo. It is in a lovely off the beaten track location and therefore more quiet. Fabulous little cafe across the street for morning coffee and bites. We could easily walk 20 minutes to get to most sites. Fernando was a gracious and welcoming host. «Pros: Just wanted to let you know how happy we were with our vacation rental. Three couples shared this home and we were all very comfortable. It was clean, had great wi-fi, a nice pool and the caretaker was very helpful. The owner was very prompt at responding to our inquires due to our inability to speak Spanish. «Overall everyone enjoyed the accommodations. The sleeping arrangements are abit weird, in 2 situations you have to walk through someone’s “room” to get to another bedroom. This made it awkward, so look carefully at the photos and stitch the layout together beforehand. The house is unique and in a great neighbourhood, a short cab ride away from the cathedral etc. The Maria Luisa Park is 30-40 minute walk from the house, and for most an Uber or cab ride back. The interior design is very modern, and takes a bit of getting used to, but after a day or so we quickly adjusted.
