«There was nobody at the property, the check-in was done online and instructions sent to my by email. There was no elevator, so if you have big bags or a pushchair - that will be a problem. Property was easy to find (we went by taxi) but be aware it is near the train station. Amenities were good, the only frustration was that the keypad to allow access into our room was very sensitive and there was a delay on it - so we struggled for 10 -15 minutes to get into our room. «Absolutely terrible experience. The location is high up on a hill and extremely difficult to reach. The place was dirty, with rubbish everywhere, and it did not feel like a proper room at all — more like an abandoned, neglected shack. There was such a strong smell of damp and mold that it was impossible to stay inside.
