«The house is spacious, particularly in the common areas. Appliances and HVAC in bedrooms (old wall units) functioned but could stand upgrade. Upon arrival we had to call about loose arm on storm store about eye level for kids; was repaired following AM. Dishwasher leaked on first use; property mechanic identified problem with gasket, which “held” for balance of week. Minor bug issues (ants, spiders) but not unexpected for Cape.
