«Oceana cottages are iconic and have been around for years. They’re rustic but charming. Definitely could use some updates but again, this adds to their charm. The location is superb, right on the beach, close to great sightseeing, restaurants. There’s even a bus if you wanted to take it to Provincetown and avoid the hassle of parking. Tons to do in the area. The bed is only a full size, you could easily fit a queen bed which might be more appealing to some couples. »

«Salt box is set up for 2-3 people max - lots of room for two. The area was quiet, beautiful and peaceful. The cottage was very clean and organized. Kitchen was stocked with enough utensils, pans, etc. to make great seafood dinners on the porch! Local fish markets are GREAT. The Boathouse Fish market was THE BEST! We were here in August, and it was plenty cool with many windows and ocean breeze - fans were good enough for cool air when needed. We didn't need to use the AC at all. Some ants and ...

«The property is very serene despite the heavy traffic out the door (that you do not hear when in the cottage). Be careful pulling out! The cottage is very cozy, the bed was comfy, the TV area comfy, just some things to make the stay nicer would be a frying pan, steak knives, new mirror in bathroom and shelf in bathroom for toiletries. Some updates to chairs in sitting area. Or just remove them, take up too much room. Maybe have more drawers to put clothes in so that luggage isn't sitting out. We ...

«My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage was clean and well kept on the inside. It was well located for beaches and amenities like grocery stores and ice cream. The outside needs work. Weeds are growing into the outdoor shower floor, the pergola is moldy and the outdoor furniture was dirty.»

«Great place and I will go back. Gas heating unit wasn't working and had too cobble together heat from space heaters and oven. Also, my first time with this management group, long form emails from them and I didn't read the fine print that linens were not provided. When they found out they immediately ordered the linens for me. As I said love the cottage and will go in...in the off season after verifying that the gas heater is working.»

«Perfect place for our nine day Cape Cod adventures! Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The cottage itself was adorable and very comfortable. We enjoyed the outside deck, the firing, the boat dock, chairs, and I even took the kayak out twice, which was very, beautiful and relaxing. «Just what you'd imagine for a cottage on the cape. Small, cozy, rustic, comfortable and quiet. Rated it down from 4stars to 3stars because they don't provide linens and towels. At this price point that should be standard. It's tough for a family of 6 road-tripping and packed to the gills to not have towels and linens.»

«This was a lovely well stocked house. We enjoyed the water views with our coffee in the morning out on the deck and from most every room in the house. You can’t find the house using GPS but the directions that were emailed from the property manager were good. We’ve been to the Cape many times but never stayed in Wellfleet before.
