The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high.



All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.



The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.

Beautiful home and great location!

Our stay was wonderful at Villa Seabatical! Communication prior to arrival could have been better. There were a lot of requests that we’ve never received from a VRBO rental before and made us worried about the validity. We called VRBO to confirm everything. We also didn’t hear back on a few inquiries. Communication once we arrived was great - they answered phone immediately and were always helpful with anything we needed at the house or with suggestions on beaches and island locations. The kitchen is well equipped and made cooking very easy! Having laundry was great too. The house is clean and very beautiful. One downside was there are several stray cats that were around frequently and sat on the white outdoor furniture and shed all over it and also tried to get inside when we opened the back door. They’ve clearly been fed before and that’s why they come. We have allergic members in our group and we couldn’t sit on that furniture. Had we known they were as prevalent we probably would have chosen another house. It should be noted there are cats or guests need to be told to not feed them to deter this.Overall we loved the house and would recommend (but make people aware of the cats).

The best Villa on Turks!

This was by far the best and first VRBO experience! The Team at TKCA were so professional and amazing there aren't enough stars to give them. Very attentive and made my birthday the best one to date. The Villa was so clean and designed to perfection. Can't wait to return to my other home away from home.

Turks and Caicos - Summer 2024

Our group were very impressed with our Villa. It was located 5 minutes from the beach and within driving distance of shopping and dining. The staff were very responsive when we called. The property was beautiful and the amenities were exactly as described in the Vrbo profile. We wanted to avoid all the fuss of the big resorts, but still have first class accommodations. Villa Sabbatical was a great value, and a great property.

Beautiful property! Well appointed! Exactly as pictured. Pool is great. Managers respond very promptly to calls but sometimes only for the primary guest phone number calling. Would be absolutely perfect if it had a few sand/pool toys stocked somewhere and a golf cart to drive to the beach.

Beautiful home

The house was perfect for our party of eight. The pool and outdoor area was lovely. The house was very clean and well equipped for preparing and cooking meals. The staff was very responsive and helpful to make recommendations when needed. The location was a short drive to the grocery store and beach.

Excellent property

This property exceeded our expectations. The property was clean, spacious, had comfortable beds, and a well equipped kitchen. We used the pool numerous times a day. They also had beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers available to take to the beach. The leeward beach was only a few blocks away, it was one of our favorite beaches on the island. We rented a car and this property was a short 5 minutes drive to great restaurants and shopping. I would definitely book this property again.
