Sunset Bay Villa is ideal for a family holiday, a golf trip with friends, or a quick escape to the lovely Turks and Caicos. It can accommodate up to 10 guests, is less than 10 minutes by car from the beach, and features an abundance of indoor and outdoor luxury amenities. Modern amenities such as SMART TV with cable, and Wi-Fi will keep you comfortable during your stay, while a gourmet kitchen with a dishwasher and breakfast bar separates the living room from the open-concept kitchen. There’s a formal dining area with seating for 10.
The interiors are elegantly naturalistic, with louvered mahogany doors reflecting the refined naturalism of the Leeward coastline. The canal is easily accessible from the Sunset Bay Villa for swimming, paddleboards, and kayaks. Getting Around:
The property is approximately 17 km from the Providenciales International Airport (PLS). A rental car is recommended, and there is parking space at the property.

Please note at the end of your arrangements, the premises should be left in the same condition in which they were found. In case of loss, or damage, added costs will apply.
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $800 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated.
- Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
Please advise us of your estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior. Upon arrival at the villa, the local management team will greet you, show you around the property, and provide you with wonderful local tips and suggestions to get your vacation off to a fantastic start.
