The Space:
Welcome to your private suite at Turks Haven Villas, one of two luxurious suites within this shared villa. This space blends privacy, comfort, and thoughtful details for a relaxing getaway while offering access to beautifully designed common areas.
Living and Dining Areas
The living area is bright and inviting, with a queen pull-out sofa bed, a 55” Samsung Curve Smart TV, and tasteful decor. The dining table seats four, with additional seating for three at the kitchen island, making it ideal for meals or casual gatherings.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a NutriBullet blender, a drip coffee maker, and pantry essentials. Whether cooking a family meal or preparing snacks for your day, you'll have all the tools you need.
Bedroom and Bathroom
The spacious bedroom includes a king-size bed, walk-in closet with a safe, and a 49” Samsung Smart TV. The en-suite bathroom features a stand-alone rain shower, toiletries, and a shared patio for unwinding in the fresh air.

Safety and Security
The villa is fully fenced and gated, with remote-controlled entry. Additional safety features include a house alarm system and external non-intrusive security cameras, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay.
Please note that the pool and outdoor amenities are shared with the guests in the other suite, but the property offers ample space for everyone to enjoy.
Guest Access:
You’ll have full and exclusive access to suite #2 within the villa. If the other unit is rented, the pool area and parking are shared.
The Neighborhood:
The Villa is located in the Long Bay Community on Long Bay Beach drive. This area is famous for High end Villas and Luxury Home. Its a Kite boarder Paradise with the beach in front only 1 - 5 feet deep for approximately 200 meter out. Breath taking Views! Horse back riding a block away and only five min from the Grace Bay area. I love it and I know you will.....
Getting Around:
Taxi's on Island are very expensive, however scooters and bicycles are available for rental.
Other Things to Note:
We provide some bath essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and toilet paper; some cleaning supplies, such as garbage bags, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and some welcome snacks and a few bottles of water. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay.
Make the most of your beach days! We provide portable beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers for every villa. Additionally, exclusive lounge beach chairs with signage are reserved just for Turks Haven Villas guests, so you can relax without worrying about rentals.
Daily house cleaning is not available however, if you would like a mid-stay cleaning, one can be arranged for a fee. Please let us know in advance.
The nightly rate is for 2 guests but can sleep 4 max. Any guest over 2 is $65+tax/night/person.
Electricity is included up to 140 kW per week (prorated if < or > 7 days). Any extra usage is $0.75/kW. The meter will be read at check-in and check-out to determine if there’s any overage.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
Security cameras are used on the exterior of the property for guest safety and security reasons only.
The property is home to the owners who live there year-round. While we prioritize guest privacy, you may occasionally see the owners, but they will not disrupt your stay in any way.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $450 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unauthorized guests or guest overage comes with a fee of $65 per night per person, plus 12% government tax.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or anytime during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- No diving and no jumping into the pool. We will not be held responsible for any injuries.
- Please remove garbage to receptacles outdoors prior to check-out.

Interaction with Guests:
Someone will greet you upon arrival to check you in and show you around. From there, you’ll have complete privacy. Just know we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message!
