Stemte # 1 strand av tur Advisor 2019 og Conde Nast og beste av Karibia! Grand View On Grace Bay; en strandfront oase. Denne praktfulle to-etasjers hjørnet penthouse-suiten tilbyr øya som bor på sitt beste. Å være en del av Grace Bay mest private samfunn hvor det bare er 18 boliger.

Denne unike og nylig renoverte, 2300 + kvadratmeter tre soverom tre bad residence består av to romslige mester suiter, hver med fantastisk turkis vannutsikt. En suite omfatter hele øverste nivå av eiendommen.

Den nedre spaken består av en åpen stue og spisestue med hvelvede tak og befaler 180 graders havutsikt fra overdimensjonerte glassdørene som fører til en privat strandprinsørkrona. Se soloppgang og solnedgang fra denne hjørnehaven. Gourmetkjøkkenet har benkeplater i granitt og alle treverksteder med innebygde hvitevarer.

Grandview at Grace Bay

Everything about our stay was first class. Property was amazing and super clean. Easy beach access and ample toys for the little ones. Truly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed.

Wonderful!

The condo was clean and bright. Large rooms and the vaulted ceilings made it feel more open and light. Deck was larger than expected as well and offered an amazing view. Beds and pillows were comfortable which is really important to our family. We would definitely stay here again.

Grand time @Grandview!

Exactly as advertised. Beautiful unit, fantastic view and wonderfully equipped. A quiet spot with easy access to restaurants, activities etc. Super comfy beds, nice towels and the best shower body wash! We will be back!

Perfect location for family trip!

Vanessa’s condo is wonderfully appointed. My family really enjoyed our time there. The location was perfect for walking and driving everywhere we wanted to visit. Being right on the beach was spectacular. Vanessa was a wonderful host - both she and Regina (the on site property manager) were extremely responsive.

Just got back from Grandview and WOW!

I traveled for the first time to T&C with my wife and 5 teenagers. The Grandview is a perfect spot for a large family. My kids said this is the best beach they have ever visited. Water was amazing, warm and Turquoise blue. The balcony was peaceful and relaxing. We only went out to dinner once, but brought in Pizza for another night. The owner was more than accommodating, as we had some air travel issues with the weather this week. We rented a car for 3 days, but it was really just to go the grocery store and back. Would definitely rent this place again in a heartbeat. It is a 15 minute walk to Grace Bay Shops and Restaurants, and a very safe area to walk at night. Overall a 5 star place, you won't be disappointed

Wonderful Family Gathering in Ideal Setting

This tastefully decorated condo was the ideal setting for our winter break gathering! What a wonderful place to spend time together, cook meals, head to the beach, head out for our excursions, and simply enjoy each other’s company! And everything is made super easy with the excellent pre stay communications and help if needed via the property owner and on-site property manager… Really tremendous job by both.We can’t wait to go back!!!

Paradise found!

Such an awesome property in the perfect location. We felt very safe and relaxed. There were water toys to use and beach chairs and umbrellas everyday at the beach. The condo was beautiful and had everything you needed. FYI to pack snacks and anything you can to eat because groceries are very expensive. Appreciated the book at the condo which lists different restaurants to try and things to do. Would definitely book this place again! because the groceries are so expensive

Great location and property,

We stayed with a family of six and really enjoyed the trip. The location is great, and Couple of things I'd want to clear up from other comments left... there is not a walkable grocery store. Condo is in good shape, but plumbing is an issue. Lastly, I ignored this advice from other friends and regretted it. Rent a car! The taxis are a fixed rate of $20 a person, per way. So to go round trip to dinner as a family of six, no matter if it's 5 minutes or 30 minutes away, was $240. A complete thorn in the side

Great condo, great location

We spent a week in this condo with 3 couples. It worked out great. The condo had everything you need—beach towels, plates, glasses etc. A beautiful view of the beach and water. Walkable to town. Vanessa was very helpful and easy to communicate with. House keeping came halfway through the week and she was very kind and did a great job! Would definitely recommend this place!!

Terrific Property

We traveled as two families, four adults and five kids, and this property was perfect for our group. Wonderful location near but not part of the larger resorts, which was our preference. The pool / hot tub was never crowded. There was plenty of room on the beach for the 18 condos that are part of this property. It was walkable to everything in Grace Bay, but we highly recommend renting a car to explore the island. Vanessa was an amazing host, and the local property manager was available to address any issues we had (short wifi interruption that they fixed within 10 minutes). Could not recommend this place more.

Simply Spectacular

This well appointed and beautifully decorated villa is located on the perfect stretch of Grace Bay. It is close enough to walk to restaurants and shops, but away from the taller (i.e. looming) hotels in this area. Sunsets were stunning and we enjoyed having the pool and hot tub to enjoy after a day at the beach or on an outing. Grandview is tranquil and quiet and the large beachfront area allows for a single row of umbrellas/chairs/sand tables, which means that everyday you choose to enjoy their beach, you have an unobstructed view. No fighting for chairs or waking up to secure your spot on the beach. We had a car during out visit so we could explore further afield, so we especially appreciated the secure parking. As a party of four adults and three teenagers, we never felt cramped and had plenty of space to spread out or be together. All-in-all a perfect visit at Grandview. Thank you, Vanessa!

Beautiful condo, great location, attentative owner

Grandview 301 was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The view and proximity to the ocean were simply spectacular. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We had a few minor hiccups at the beginning of the week but these were addressed immediately by Vanessa, Claudius and Michael. The mid-week cleaning was unexpected but very welcomed. Prior to our arrival Vanessa sent a very helpful packet of information that we made good use of. Marvelous Max on the beach easily set up a parasailing trip for us. We were visiting during spring break and never had any problem getting beach chairs and umbrellas for our group. This is a 3rd floor unit but there was an elevator and luggage cart available to bring up our suitcases. The unit was well stocked with dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, paper towels, and toilet paper which was also unexpected. In our original vacation plan we were not going to rent a car but decided to in the end. I am thankful that we did. The condo isn't walking distance from shopping downtown or a lot of the restaurants and we were glad we didn't have to get a taxi every time we went somewhere. There are definitely some places within walking distance but we were happy to be able to explore things a little further away. Overall it was a fantastic vacation and I highly recommend Vanessa and her team.

Beautiful condo and beach

We rented this condo for thanksgiving. We love low rise condos with empty beaches. And this two-story penthouse did the trick. Everything was great. The owners were very accommodating. The place is super clean and very comfortable. We would stay there again. Plus, the master closet is perfect for a pack and play.

The unit was as promised, clean, well maintained, and a great view. Vanessa & her team were very responsive to a minor Wi-Fi issue in the unit. The location is superb w a private beach, perfect for a relaxing family vacation. Highly recommended.

Perfect!

We scheduled this impromptu low-season trip for a bit of relaxation while enjoying the beautiful turquoise waters of TCI. The Grandview was perfect for our needs (four adult family members) - the view and condo are even better than the photos on the website. The beauty of low season is that we had the pool/hot tub entirely to ourselves. With the aftermath of Hurricane Lee, Grace Bay was a bit too rough, but we found our way to the calmer Taylor Bay (a few times), a short drive away. We also enjoyed a snorkeling outing. The Grandview is within easy distance of the airport, shops and restaurants (a car rental is highly recommended). We had a minor issue with the garbage disposal unit (perhaps the prior guests disposed of something plastic?) and it was fully resolved within an hour of contacting Claudius - we were very impressed with his responsiveness. Thanks for a relaxing stay!

Awesome property and vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Grandview. The view from the porch, den, and two of the three bedrooms is nothing short of spectacular. Our family of 5 couldn't help but commenting on the views every day. Looking out and seeing the white sand beaches, crystal clear water and sailboats drifting by was magical. The condo was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed (although we go out for dinners). We did make use of the Ninja blender though for some frozen cocktails. There was a single row of umbrellas and chairs out on the beach which is included in the condo which was a nice bonus and there were always empty chairs. The beds were comfortable. My wife and I are partial to our sleepnumber bed and often start aching when out of town but not at Grandview, after 7 nights we were fine. Try Infinity next door (walk down the beach) for awesome fish tacos for lunch or make reservations for dinner. Great times. If you do excursions, many will pick you up on the beach in front of Grandview- just ask. It's so calm they just come in and beach their boats and on you go. That was a new concept for us and most enjoyable vs driving somewhere, finding parking and walking to the boats. We were provided the property managers info in case a problem arose but none did so no contact was required. Great stay - highly recommend.

Room for improvement

The condo is lovely and even more so when it is fully functional. We arrived to find several items missing or in non working condition. We spent our first few days working with Vanessa's staff to remedy the issues. Michael was first rate and did all he could but this was meant to be an escape to paradise and felt more like being at home and coordinating repair work. Once we got the alarms to stop beeping and the appliances working we really enjoyed our stay. The views and beaches are beautiful and the condo is well decorated with comfortable beds and furniture. Since it is hardly discount lodging we expected more.

Generational

I took 4 generations on this vacation. Ages 13 months to age 89 years old. For my parents it was return to their favorite “happy” island; a 10 year hiatus. For my son and daughter in law, it was a chance to get away with their new daughter. For me, it was great to take everyone away to one home. Vanessa is far superior to a super host. Every imaginable convenience was available for having a baby without having to bring it with us. The home was perfect. The pool and hot tub spectacular. The beach was memorable. the location perfect. Vanessa provided invaluable information. I hope to return ……SOON

A Week in Paradise

This is a wonderful property. Two main bedrooms with beach views. All new bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need. Claudius responds very quickly to any questions or requests. Love that there are sand toys, kayaks and SUPs. Pool and spa are great for children. Corner unit so you catch the breezes. You are also just steps away from Grace Bay Club which has a wonderful outside bar. I would stay here again anytime.
