French Cay Villa har fantastisk utsikt over vannet og kokkens gourmetkjøkken. Denne villaen er rettet mot familie- eller gruppesamlinger og er perfekt for alle som ønsker avslapning og ro. Bare en rask 7 minutters kjøretur til Grace Bay Beach og bare noen få minutter til det lokale supermarkedet.

Denne moderne designet Villa med to etasjer består av over 5000 kvadratmeter boareal. Franske etasje i franske Cay Villa har en stor stue med TV og lydanlegg med stor skjerm. Perfekt for å se på spillet eller slappe av med en film. Gourmetkjøkkenet er fullt utstyrt med alt det en kokk trenger for det perfekte måltidet. Det lavere nivået har to soverom; en king size seng og en queen size seng med delt bad.

En svingete trapp fører deg til andre etasje hvor du kommer inn i et felles boareal; perfekt for å lese eller slappe av. Det er en utendørs møblert balkong mot det vakre, blå vannet, der du kan nippe til vin mens du ser på solnedgangen. Hovedsoverommet ligger i andre etasje og har et stort eget bad samt et lite sittegruppe. I motsatt ende er et annet stort king-size-soverom samt et soverom med to enkeltsenger. Begge soverommene deler bad.

Excellent experience

This honestly is my first time booking through Vrbo / reserving a house instead of a hotel. However, from the time I booked up until our trip Mary Lou and Scott exceeded my expectations during our stay. Mary Lou provided recommendations for transportation, massages, chef, nightlife, excursions, EVERYTHING! We reserved transportation through the Villa with Jerome/Secure Transportation 10/10. Massages were also recommended and they came to the villa 10/10. The villa was clean, spacious and we felt safe. I have no constructive feedback. I will be back! Thanks again for a memorable time in Turks

Amazing Villa!

Amazing property! Came down for a family vacation and loved this house the minute we saw it. It was spacious for all of us and had enough room for us to move around in and not get in each others way. Three bathrooms and five bedrooms were perfect. The air conditioners in the rooms worked perfectly and the fans were a great addition in the main room. The pool area was amazing as well as the view. Mary Lou and Scott couldn’t have been more wonderful and helpful and answered all our questions amazingly fast! We would definitely come back here and stay, we wish our stay could’ve been longer! The house was close to a lot of restaurants and beaches on the island, and we felt safe and secure there. We had no issues whatsoever. We totally Recommend this property!!

Wonderful Trip

We were two families with 4 teens. This villa surpassed our expectations….the house was spotless as housekeeping had done a marvelous job preparing the house for us. The property was just as described and the location was perfect. But the best part of the villa were our hosts Mary Lou and Scott. They went above and beyond from answering any and all of our questions to giving great recommendations on things to do (and how to do them) and places to eat. They were better than any concierge service I’ve ever used. We will definitely stay here again when we return, because we fully intend to come back to Turks and Caicos.

Amazing services in a beautiful house

I booked the French Cay Villa for my sisters bachelorette trip, and it was plenty of space for our group of 9 people. The house is beautiful and the beds are so comfortable. We had a great time on the pool deck, and the house location was convenient for when we ventured out. The only drawback is the living areas in the house aren’t air conditioned, but the bedrooms cool down very quickly so it’s not too bad. The best part of the trip was Mary Lou & Scott. They were so helpful and friendly with any questions we had. They stopped by the house plenty to make sure we were comfortable and were super responsive and quick to come by when we needed anything. Im so grateful I had Mary Lou to help me plan everything months in advance, she contacted me with different services almost immediately after we booked. I was nervous about flying to another country and booking things with Covid restrictions, and wanted to make sure it was a low stress trip for the rest of the bridesmaids. Mary Lou coordinated pretty much everything we did and made us some of the best meals we’ve ever had. Highly recommend taking advantage of the private chef and grocery provisioning services, it was so great to come back to the house after a long day out and have an amazing dinner waiting for us. Not to mention she’s so much fun and made us feel so welcome with her warm personality. We also had a problem with one of the ACs in the room and the property managers were kind enough to refund a credit for the trouble, even though it was still cool enough to sleep in. Outside of the house, they were able to recommend restaurants and connect us with taxi drivers, a private yoga class and a private boat & snorkeling tour. Everyone we were put in touch with was so kind and we had so much fun. We spent the entire week raving about how happy we were that we ended up at this house. Highly recommend the French Cay Villa because of how easy our trip was, and how much we were able to enjoy thanks to Mary Lou & Scott. We even asked what other properties they have for possible future trips :)

Perfect place to relax!

We rented the villa for our 17th annual college reunion trip. The waterfront villa was one of the best locations we have stayed at, by far. The only thing that rivaled the amazing location & view was the concierge service offered by Mary Lou & Scott. They both went above & beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Transportation, groceries in the fridge upon arrival, private chef, booze cruise - all arranged and taken care of. Thank you for an amazing trip. Highly recommended!

Turks is AMAZING!

The property in person did not look like the pictures... The furniture is different and there is little color, rugs missing, furniture missing, and much smaller than it appears in the photographs. Make sure to bring everything. Only body wash and hand soap are available. The location is amazing, centrally located, quiet, and on the lake. The BEST part of this villa is Mary Lou. She is great, knowledgable about the island, warm, loving, and always there to help you out! She responds quickly and honestly, will do anything for you!

Great Vacation

Beautiful property in a good location easily accessible to beaches and restaurants. Marylou and Scott were always available to answer questions or help when needed. We had an issue with dishwasher leaking. I called Marylou and Scott was there in 10 mins to see what the problem was. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

Wonderful house on a dead end road on Turtle Lake. Lake is for a good view, very mucky, weren’t able to catch anything with fly rods. Kids loved the pool, portable chairs & umbrellas were great as we traveled the island to various beaches. Comfortable bedrooms w/ great a/c units. Enough space for 2 families (9 ppl total). Mary & Scott were amazing, so kind, answered all our pre-trip questions, and communicated great while we were there. Thank you for an amazing experience!! Naomi & Alison (queens of the trip!)

Wonderful Stay

I booked this home to celebrate my 50th birthday with closest family and friends and we had the best time. The location was key and the amenities were spot on. May Lou was the best host ever. She was available when needed and provided us with top notch suggestions on excursions and dining. I would most certainly return.

Amazing trip!

Our trip was amazing! Mary Lou made the entire process seamless. From the moment we booked the villa, she was so responsive and made sure we had everything we needed! She knows all the great places and people to see on the island from snorkeling excursions to hiring a private chef to come to the villa and prepare an amazing dinner for us. Our driver she arranged, Virgil’s taxi, was hands down the best driver. The villa was just as described and had everything we needed! It was more than enough space for our group of 8. We highly recommend Mary Lou and this villa! We will definitely be returning.

Fabulous Villa

This was a fabulous villa in a great location. Mary Lou was an amazing property manager. She reached out to us prior to our trip to help us coordinate dinner reservations and to assist us with anything we needed. Scott stocked the house with provisions prior to our arrival. It was so nice to arrive with everything set up. The house was clean and in a very safe neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay in Turks and Caicos. Thanks so much to Mary Lou and Scott!

My family’s experience at the French Cay Villa was incredible! The photos do not do the house justice and the lakeside view was the most incredible thing to wake up to in the morning. I’ve stayed in many vacation properties over the years and I have never had hosts as amazing as Mary Lou and Scott. They were available 24/7 and answered any question of mine within minutes. The house was fully stocked with everything we could ever need which made our stay even more seamless. I can not wait to stay here again in the future it was a truly amazing experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Turks and Caicos!

This beautiful home was perfect for our party of 6. Very spacious and a breathtaking view. Property Manager was very accommodating and very responsive when we called! She gave us all the information about the island including restaurants, activities and sights to enjoy! Coastal Cuisine (private chef) was one of our most memorable experiences here and highly recommend it! Loved this property and will definitely be back!
