The open-plan kitchen and living area flows naturally onto the pool terrace and outdoor spaces. Distinctive interiors feature Versace tiles, statement wallpaper, and bespoke finishes, giving the villa a sophisticated yet relaxed character.



Outside, guests can enjoy the private pool, pool patio, outdoor lounge areas, and multiple spaces for dining and relaxation.

The villa's approximately 2,000-square-foot rooftop terrace is a standout feature, offering 360-degree views of Chalk Sound and the surrounding landscape. The space includes an outdoor bar, sofa lounge, fire pit, and entertainment system, making it ideal for sunset drinks and evenings under the stars.

UTILITIES



The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing, which have put this cost at an all-time high.



All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (ac). If running the Ac, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.



The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty Us Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per Kwh.

Beach and Shoreline Conditions



As with all Caribbean beaches, shoreline conditions may vary throughout the year. Seasonal sargassum seaweed may occasionally wash ashore, with conditions influenced by weather patterns and ocean currents.
