Call to Paradise Studio- Top Floor Unit

It is a ideal top floor unit for short or longer stays. It is a bright 730 sq ft studio at Queen Angel Resort. Free Shared parking, swimming pools & gym. Private balcony & main entrance open to stunning pool views. Location is CENTRAL. Walking distance restaurants (5 minutes) Magnolia, Mango Reef, Baci, Sharkbite, Simone. Smith Reef Beach is the nearest beach access. 10-15 minutes walk to Smith Reef beach.

It comes with a queen bed, TV, closets and its own bathroom with a bathtub.

There is a modest kitchen with a fridge, toaster, blender, coffee maker, pots, stove with oven, basic utensils, mugs, plates, plastic and glass drinking cups.
The unit balcony or dining room are a great place to have your breakfast while watching the sunrise and dinner while watching the sunset.

The unit has a washer and dryer, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and coolers ready for use. There a dishwasher available in the unit.

1. You and your family’s safety is our number one priority. This place is a safe and friendly environment. The property is equip with CCTV covering the entire common property & security on duty at night
2. Central Location to all tourist attractions
3. 3-7 minutes walk (1.5 minute drive) to Turtle Cove Marina , restaurants like Mango Reef, Magnolia, Baci , Sharkbites Bar & Grill & Simone.
4. 10-15 minutes walk to nearest beach access - Smith Reef Beach ( snorkeling area) and from this beach you can continue to the famous Grace Bay beach
5. 10 minutes drive to Island Fish Fry (local event every Thursday).
6. Main grocery store is a 5 minutes drive. All other stores are a 10-15 minutes drive
7. 10 minutes drive from and into the the airport
8. Ocean views of Turtle Cove Marina and Grace Bay Beach.
9. Two pools to enjoy while on vacation with a hot tub.
10. We are always available online and in person before, during and after your stay.
11. This unit has no elevator and must climb stairs.

Incredible stay

Great vacation rental! Prefect studio with full bath and full kitchen. Close to restaurants and 10-15 minute drive to Grace Bay. Property owner was very responsive and brought over extra brand new frying pan upon request the next day! Unit and pool were clean. AC worked great! Overall very happy with my stay.

Great apartment !

The location and convenience is great. Very spacious studio with full kitchen which we put to good use.All dishes, glasses, cups, silverware, pots, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster in excellent condition.Central air conditioner works quietly and holds temperature very well,Washing machine and the dryer combo were a big plus after a day of snorkeling.The security safe was very small, so it could hold only documents and money there, no space for iPad.Very quiet - no noisy parties at night, plenty of parking space. The owner was very responsive in communication answering to our questions in minutes!Overall - great pleasurte to stay.

Awesome place

Place is awesome very central. Never drove more than 15 min anywhere. Very clean and 2 pools one smaller one with a fountain. Plenty of parking as well never had an issue. Hosts very responsive and accommodating.

Perfect spot!

Spacious apartment, even with the sofa bed pulled out! Bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows. Quiet but not remote location. Didnt use the swimming pool but it looked great from the balcony. Huge balcony with a great view and a lot of morning sun. Front door view has chair with a great sunset and views of the marina. Easy walking distance to 4 restaurants, an sports pub on the water and a cafe. All with indoor and outdoor seating. Plenty of parking. Contacted the owner for extra sheets, they were at the front door an hour later!! We didn't use the kitchen much but was spacious and newish. Placed stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, beach chairs and cooler, dish soap. In unit washer and dryer!! Ac worked very well, didn't have to turn it below 73 degF. Excellent wifi, even able to steam movies on our laptop. Loved this place!

Enjoyed proximity to snorkeling and restaurants

This property was beautifully maintained and provided easy parking. We enjoyed the pool And found restaurants as well as Smith reef within easy walking distance. The room was clean and exactly as described. The neighborhood bears the scars of the 2017 hurricane, But the complex and grounds are fully recovered!

Great mini vaca

The direction provided to our room were easy to follow. The condos are very pretty and our room was clean with a view of the ocean from the pool side. The marina was an easy walk for great food. Mango Reef restaurant was delicious, however SharkBite bar was a bit more reasonably priced and just as good. I felt like we were centrally located which was great for seeing the island. Our host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay again.

This condo was perfect for our needs. Had everything we needed, was close to some good little restaurants, was quiet, and the balcony was HUGE. We had a nice stay. Would definitely come back!

A little over priced for what you get

I think this accommodation is overpriced for what you get. It is not a penthouse apartment (this was changed on af post booking and too late for me to cancel), there are a LOT of stairs (also changed on ad post booking) and the property did smell like damp. In terms of positives, it is close to good bars & restaurants which serve food at a very fair price point. I wouldn’t recommend a stay here that’s longer than 2-3 nights though unless you have your own transport.

Hope you like Stairs

I have talked with the property manager regarding the issues we had. But, I feel the description should have read "third story walk up". It is not a penthouse. Fifty-two stairs to climb is okay if you don't have luggage or groceries. It's also not that close to the beach. We suggest driving. The property is fairly quiet and you have a view of the pool. Very limited hot water in the shower.

Excellent stay at awesome clean and convenient location in Turtle Cove

Location is so awesome for snorkeling and sunbathing at Smith's Reef and easy to get all around. Loved the quiet apartment to be able to unwind, read, relax at the pool or on the deck for a meal or to watch the sunset or sunrise. Ownership was great and made it easy to get in / out and understand all that was available in the area and the apartment complex. We'd happily come back again!

Nice property

The condo was really nice and clean, a lot of stairs going up to it. Nice view out one side, could see the water. Short drive to smith's Reef which was really good snorkeling. Had the really basic items in the kitchen but was disappointed that it didn't have spices and things like other vrbos I have stayed at. No decorations in the unit which I think would be a nice touch but not even a wall hanging. Only had two bath towels and one hand towel which I thought no big deal since had a washer/dryer in the unit but soon found out that the washer would not run the drain and spin cycle on its own, I think the door locking mechanism was glitchy so had to run it manually and do a few times before it would actually drain the water. The host was quick to respond, which was nice and it is reasonably priced. It was hard to clean the kitchen up since there was no dish rag just one dish towel. Pool area and fountain were very nice and the grounds were very well kept. Overall was very nice but with some drawbacks.

Well-situated accommodations - Quiet Getaway

We stayed here for six nights and enjoyed our stay. The property was quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was fully equipped to suit our cooking needs, and having a full-sized fridge was a bonus! The A/C was great and kept us nice and cool, with great Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. Nice pool area. The TV had cable, and we were able to watch NFL football, and there was excellent communication with the property manager. Thank you so much!

Great visit to Turks & Caicos

The host of this listing was quick to respond to all questions we had before our travel date. A detailed folder with directions to local beaches and restaurants was provided as well as beach towels, chairs and umbrella. The room has a view of the sunset at the front of the condo and pretty pool/courtyard view from the balcony. The studio size was perfect for us. The only drawback was the number of stairs making it harder to take luggage/groceries upstairs. We would stay here again.
