The development is comprised of 10 properties, of which 3 are part of our vacation rental program, and all other properties are private residences.
Alize Villa is a modern 4-bedroom property with a private pool, tropical gardens, and direct access via a private pathway to the white sands and crystal-clear waters of Long Bay Beach.
In addition, the guest has access to the shared tennis court in the development.

Whether you’re an action man or a laid-back lad, The Shore Club is a gentle five-minute walk up the beach, where you will be rewarded with a choice of bars and fine dining restaurants.
Further afield – and a short drive – is Grace Bay, where the numerous delights include a choice of luxury, fine dining restaurants, bars, and shops. If golf is your bag, Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club is a mere 2.5 miles away, and the Blue Haven Yacht Marina isn’t much further, located 4 miles along the coast and perfect for an afternoon or evening stroll, people-watching, and boat-spotting.

UTILITIES
The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high.
All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.
The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
